Irwin just made it to the top of my list for clamps. There's only so much you can say for a clamp: it's strong, well made, holds and lets go when you want it to.
As I replace some of my other "major brand" clamps - this series will be my first choice.

After these clamps arrived, I was amazed at the quality. These things are built to last. The finish is superd also. When I decided on the 200 series clamps, I did not expect clamps of this caliber. They are heavy duty. After seeing how well made these clamps are made, I decided to order several more. I own many products made by Irwin and I have never been disappointed in any of them. Irwin makes a great product. You will not be disappointed if you buy these clamps. The 200 series clamps are twice as strong as the 100 series. I'll be using my for my welding projects. As usual, Amazon came through with fast free shipping.
