I've lifted weights a long time. But there are times I lose my motivation. Having these handy, I simply am drawn to them and do a quick workout. Think it isn't a workout? Think again! It's tougher than anything you can imagine and a few minutes of this is like 35 minutes in the weight room. I love The Perfect Pushup.
They're built extremely well. Don't buy an imitation as they're not built well. These are not expensive. They're priced fairly for what you get. Yes, it would be nice if they furnished the DVD or at least the cards. But, if they don't, you've not wasted your money. You'll build muscle and strength and have fun doing it. Yes, this is fun.
I have bad wrists and can't safely do regular pushups. The Perfect Pushup allows me to do all I can, safely and with no pain.
Oh, by the way, if you hate doing ab work, you can stop. Why? You will get one heck of an ab workout with The Perfect Pushup. If you don't feel your abs the next day, I'll be surprised.

What you get is really what you see! Perfect Pushup is PERFECT! It REALLY does help you keep your form and build up strength fast! [I even have my wife hooked on using it--you know how women always say they wish they had better upper body strength...well, this tool helps (although she does say that the grips are a tad big for women's hands)!] I don't think one needs the DVDs as the exercise insert gives enough variations to get you where you're going.

I've been using Perfect Pushup for about two weeks now and I absolutely love it! When I first started using it, I could barely do 5 pushups without using my knees; Now after two weeks of sticking to the workout schedule, I can do a complete set (40-50 pushups)! It's only been two weeks but I can already feel a difference in my upper body strength! I highly recommend this product..Remember, if you buy it, stick to the workout schedule, you will be amazed at the increase in your upper body strength within a couple of weeks!

Pleasantly Surprised

My son saw this on tv and paid for it with his first lawn money earnings. That was over a year ago. It was exactly what he expected and the whole family uses it and it works great still. The only problem was the shipping was messed up. We did'nt receive it the first time it was sent. But the company did send another with no problem.
